Sankra Terms and Conditions Overview

Our Terms and Conditions, version 1.8 and last updated on 28 May 2026, govern every account opened with Sankra online casino. The binding language of these terms is English; any translated version exists only for convenience, and English wording prevails whenever a discrepancy appears between the two. These terms are governed by the applicable law, and electronic correspondence from us is deemed received within five business days of being sent.

Registration must use accurate personal details, including full name, date of birth, country, phone number and email address, and only players aged 18 or over may open an account; underage registrations are prohibited and any winnings recorded under them are cancelled. Game outcomes are determined by a random number generator, and the result stored on the game server always prevails over whatever is displayed on screen.

Account Rules, Verification and Access

Only one account is allowed per person, household or address, phone number, email address and IP address; duplicate accounts are closed and any winnings held in them are voided. Selling, buying or transferring an account to someone else is prohibited, and transfers of funds between players are not permitted either. Identity and address documents must be supplied within 30 days of being requested, and verification is usually completed within 10 days of a full submission, though complex cases can take longer. Players who cannot access their account can use password recovery before contacting support, and closing an account requires a zero balance with no pending withdrawals.

Bonus Clauses and Prohibited Conduct

Bonus terms limit each offer to one per person, family, household address, phone number, and personal or shared computer or IP address, and only one bonus may be active on an account at any time since bonuses cannot be stacked. When a bonus is active, the real money balance is wagered first and the bonus balance only afterwards, and the maximum bet allowed while a casino bonus is active is £5 per bet unless a specific offer states otherwise.

Players should contact support before placing any bets with a fresh deposit, since a bonus linked to that deposit may not be credited retroactively once wagering has started. Withdrawing funds before the wagering requirement of a deposit bonus is completed can void the remaining bonus balance along with any winnings derived from it, and the maximum conversion on a bonus can be capped at a fixed multiple or a fixed amount depending on the offer. Wagering contributions also vary by game: slots count at 100%, live casino games other than card games count at 10%, and scratch cards, keno, table games, card games, poker and video poker all count at 0% towards the requirement.

Several betting patterns are treated as abuse of bonus terms: using multiple accounts, exploiting bugs, hedging, Martingale or other systematic stake increases, switching between high and low risk bets after a large win, and leaving rounds, free spins or bonus features unfinished to complete later. Roulette bets covering 24 or more of the 37 numbers are also restricted under the same bonus rules.

Key Account and Bonus Limits

These figures come directly from our Terms and Conditions, version 1.8, last updated on 28 May 2026, and they summarise the account and bonus limits that apply to every player from the moment of registration.

Missing the 1x deposit rollover before requesting a withdrawal can trigger a fee of 10% to 15% on the last deposit, so it is worth checking our withdrawal processing times in advance, and raising any dispute through our complaints process if a limit looks incorrect on your account.
